Low back pain with weekness in right leg and left hand both tingling and numbness is there. PIVD ^ L5-s1,L4-s

Please get ur vit D and B12 check first . Leg weakness and numbness can be bcos of nerve press but hand one is unexplained . Well for back . Start with IFT +Hot pack and stretching exercise of back and SI joint
