Since last 1 week, the toddler-2 yrs is having runny nose and coughing. Excessive khaansi with cough entire day. Lack of appetite and vomiting sensations. Fever was there for 2 days . Now no fever.

Your child needs to be evaluated by a pediatrician to rule out chest congestion as the cause for excessive cough. If that is the case, he may need mucolytics and serial nebulisations
