Know the reason for your loss of weight.So get blood tests done like blood sugars FBS & PPBS
Thyroid profile,CBP & LFT.
If the tests are normal,then follow healthy dietary plan
Diet should include good amounts of carbohydrates,proteins,fibre and less fats
All. varieties of vegetables,green leafy vegetables ,
Milk & milk products
Non Veg like egg,chicken,fish
Nuts like almonds,walnuts & peanuts
Eat in regular intervals
Go for regular exercise. for atleast. half an hour
Without knowing the reason just consuming powders will never help ypu
Changing your life style and eating in regular intervals will improve your health.
it's better to consult a physician for ur weight loss, there may be hormonal or infectious reasons it. How about your appetite?
If everything is fine, go for good healthy food, with adequate amount of nuts and add little cheese in your diet. If you r a non-veg, go for egg a day.
