Am going to gym and takes weight gaining supplement and I was gained my 65 to 80..After i stopped to  go to gym  after some months i lossed my weight 80 to 70...Why i.lossed my weight???

Don't use short cut way for reducing or gaining weight. For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and walk which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie & rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet.. Take 3main meal and 2-3snacks per day.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals .Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Due to weight training our muscles got pumped up , moreover with those supplements . As you stop them you are back in same situation . So do it naturally with consistency . Take good diet n 5 days in a week wrkout fr best gains n good health .consult directly fr proper guidance
