Loss of weight
I am Aviral. I am 18th year old but my weight is only 35kg.I am very worry.so pls tell me how I gain weight .pls give me solution of my problem. Thanks You

Hi thanks for your query. Go for high calorie foods rich in max carbohydrate like all cereals like plain rice,wheat, more ,all protiy mainly plant protien S,dairy products. cottage cheese, banana, eggs whole, soup ,salad all vegetables, grapes,apple, avocados, potatoes groy,gourd famie all vegetables are good. u can v home made fried rice,polay etc. take dry fruits 100 g daily.Add butter ,ghee in all meals 2 tsf.Sleep 8 hrs.

Hi !! You need to increase your protein intake and good fat intake along with right amount of carbs !! Of course goes without saying that you need a exercise regime too with a good diet !! Do not add on the saturated fats as it may harm your health !!
