Certain chronic inflammatory disease can manifest gluten n lactose intolerance . Your diet should be modified in order to get proper calorie n proteins which are required at age. Also, there could be malabsorption of cetain micronutrients as well resulting in vitamin deficiency. Pl consult a qualified nutritionist /Dietician as you require in clinic consultation with  proper dietary history, a well monitored diet plan, vitamin supplements and long term dietary counseling.
