Hi, please tell me when you get diagnosed with this problem and what is your eating pattern right now as at this situation you need to avoid wheat and rye products and switch to rice and other millets as your staple diet.So in detail I can guide you after your reply.

Certain chronic inflammatory disease can manifest gluten n lactose intolerance . Your diet should be modified in order to get proper calorie n proteins which are required at age. Also, there could be malabsorption of cetain micronutrients as well resulting in vitamin deficiency. Pl consult a qualified nutritionist /Dietician as you require in clinic consultation with  proper dietary history, a well monitored diet plan, vitamin supplements and long term dietary counseling.
