Loss Of Appetite
I am a 22 year old boy suffering from loss of appetite I am under weight weighing 45 kgs. I dont feel like having food in the morning. I get hungry in the evening and as soon I eat , I have to visit toilet. Please suggest some tablets or syrup.

You may have gastritis, To confirm you have to under go ogd examination and other tests, And it may be your habitual bowel movement
