Losing inches but not the weight
I am 25 yrs unmarried female.2 yrs back my weight was 70 kg. I haven't try anything for weight reduction.Started to eat food at right time and started to go for a job . I could see changes in my physique.I lost inches.I was happy.2 days back checked my weight again.It was 69.5 kg.I was shocked. How it is possible to lose inches without losing weight. Is it normal to lose inches rather than losing weight? FYI, i have diagonsed with PCOD sinc

Inch loss is preferred over weight loss as it indicates fat loss. However this should be accompanied with weight training and intake of optimal amounts of first class proteins, reduced carbohydrates & healthy fats . Due to PCOD, your rate of fat loss will be slightly slower.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
