Losacar 50 instead of Captopril 25

Asked for Female, 71 Years

Iam 72 years old. I take Captopril 25 (3 times) for bollood preasure. I am abroad and dont have Captopril any more. I have instead Losacar 50. Can i take it instead at least for 3 weeks until go home?
