Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Post normal vaginal delivery there will be some looseness . But as time passes some of it will revert back, you will not stay so loose.
But you can try some pelvic floor muscle strengthening exercises for extra benefit.
You can google and do exercises at home.
Best regards.

Dear Ma'am,
After a normal vaginal delivery there are certain changes that permanently take place in the genital organs.
1. Most changes revert back to normal at the completion of 6 weeks post partum. (at the end of puerperieum)
2. These is certain loss of rugosity in the vaginal walls and cervical changes that persist following a vaginal delivery.
3. It would be good to consult a physiotherapist to initiate kegels pelvic floor exercises to regain tone of the pelvic floor muscles.
Regards,
Aditi
