Iam 19 year old and having weight 85 kgs my height is 5feet11" i skip my breakfast most of the time as i had togo to college daily i had to travel 4 hours then most time i depend upon the outside food to be frank i.e fast food.. iam non vegeterian

Hello there we understand your feelings your condition.and your concern towards your health. But then skipping you breakfast is a very bad habit to have and having food outside is another bad habit. You just need to change.your life style for loosing weight. all you need to do is to have food prepared at home and the workout won't be necessary because you are already on it while travelling. stop having food outside which is.made.of unhealthy oils. Thank you
