Loose motions since last night, 6-7 semi solid, oily
Fever last night 103, I give paracetamol 120 , twice, now no fever

What else to give n what food to be given or to be avoided

Pls also add syp.zinc 20mg once daily for 14 days.
Continue enterogermina as advised and ORS at least 100ml per loose stool.
Soft diet to be given like curd,banana, khichdi and less milk.
Avoid fruit juices

continue enterogermina twice a day for 3 days
give plenty of liquids orally like milk, butter milk, water with salt and pinch of sugar, ORS
avoid fruit juices and drinks with sugar
incase he have fever in the night .. please give a personal call so that few leadi g questions can be asked
