Don’t worry 3 times is alright. Simply give her ORS and very light food . If frequencies increase to more than 7 then she will require medication. Maintain hygiene and sanitation. Observe for temperature. Or if she gives an ill look or tired look then consult a paediatrician. Give her warm fluids . Soup and daal rice to eat . Curd banana will be very good.
