Loose belly fat and hips

Want to loosefat of belly and butts and wanted a tonned waist and chest. So as it make me look taller and small size clothes fit me. How do I looks it quickly by 10th April as I have a trip to go. My diet is nonvegeterian and love chicken

Hello, have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries. For ladies aerobic exercises and yoga works better , in medical terms BMI more than 30 is called obesity , shedding weight to become zero size may harm health.Skipping ,swimming ,cycling burns stored fat . You should give up non veg foods for a while.
