Loneliness, Anger, Depression, Anxiety
I've been feeling really angry, depressed and lonely lately. And somehow, I've been taking that out on everyone around me. I don't know what's going on with my mind. My relationships with my parents, my friends, my boyfriend are really getting affected. I don't know what to do. I've tried distracting myself, keeping myself calm, not thinking too much....but nothing seems to be working.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately.

Anger is an emotion that you feel. It will be better to say that anger happens to you. Remember the last time when you experienced anger. How would you describe your situation ? .
