My 5 year old daughter had a hairline fracture on her elbow. She was put on a cast for 3 weeks. Cast was removed about 6 days back but is not able to straighten her elbow and it seems to be locked.... Should we go back to Orthopedist?

Hello well I would like to tell you that after keeping the hand the cast for 3 weeks would definitely bring about difficulty in moving the hand freely like earlier because the hand was totally immobilized... You need not panic...The orthopaedician will teach you few exercises to do or meet a physiotherapist..It will gradually bring the movement to normal.
..lete tell you one easy exercise..Take a bucket 3/4 the with warm water and try to extend your daughter's hand in that..Do it as a routine daily for 10 min...It does help..Thank you
