One of my brother just had a bike accident.  plz honlrable doctorr plz let me know, the seveerity of the accident and how much time and money will be needed for this?

This is severe injury which needs surgical fixation Recovery depends on lot of factors Mostly by three months fracture will heal But he will be ambulant in few days after surgery
