A FibroScan reading of 9.9 kPa with CAP/UAP around 374 usually suggests Moderate to significant liver fibrosis and Severe fatty liver. Liver stiffness (fibrosis) due to fatty liver can often improve or even partially reverse if the underlying cause is controlled early enough. There are a lot of specific homeopathic medicines made out of plant extracts which can help improve liver function and overall state of wellbeing. A detailed case history is very important to treat you.

• Fibroscan 9.9 kPa with CAP/UAP 374 suggests fatty liver with moderate liver stiffness. • In many patients, liver stiffness and fatty liver changes can improve gradually if treated early and lifestyle factors are corrected. • Common contributing factors: - fatty/oily diet - obesity or weight gain - poor sleep - stress/anxiety - alcohol/smoking - diabetes/metabolic issues - poor digestion • Your symptoms of: - gas formation - reflux/mucosal irritation - chronic duodenitis - incomplete stools - disturbed sleep   also need proper attention as they can affect liver and digestion. • Important lifestyle advice: - avoid oily, fried, spicy foods - avoid alcohol completely - maintain proper sleep - drink adequate water - regular walking/exercise - avoid late-night meals • Regular monitoring advised: - LFT - lipid profile - ultrasound/Fibroscan as advised by physician • In homeopathy, medicines are selected individually based on: - digestion - stool pattern - sleep - stress level - appetite/cravings - overall constitution • Do not stop ongoing allopathic medicines suddenly without medical advice. • With proper management, many cases show improvement in symptoms, digestion, and liver parameters over time.

There is nothing called as liver "stiffness". Liver is an organ and not a muscle. Anyway, homoeopathy is simple & requires only your symptoms to treat you and not the complicated diagnosis. I see you're going through a lot, but don't lose hope.
Next Steps
Consult me online on Practo so that you can share the details of your troubles and I can study your case in detail and provide you with the right homoeopathic medicines.
Health Tips
Avoid eating sweets, fried food, and alcohol to help your liver recover soon. Also, add salads to your diet.

Yes, liver stiffness and fatty liver changes can improve in many cases if treated early with proper diet correction, lifestyle changes, management of gut issues, and individualized treatment. A Fibroscan value of 9.9 kPa suggests significant liver inflammation/stiffness which should not be ignored, but in many patients it can be reduced gradually with the right approach. UAP/CAP 374 also indicates severe fatty liver changes. Gas formation, incomplete stools, poor sleep, duodenitis, and reflux are often interconnected with liver and digestive disturbances. In my practice, I evaluate the complete picture — liver health, digestion, sleep, stress, bowel habits, acidity/reflux, food intolerances, and constitutional factors — rather than treating only the liver report. Many patients with fatty liver, elevated liver stiffness, chronic gastritis/duodenitis, bloating, reflux, and IBS-like symptoms have shown good improvement with holistic homeopathic treatment along with dietary guidance. If you wish, you may consult me with your Fibroscan reports, liver function tests, endoscopy reports, current medications, and detailed symptoms so that a proper assessment can be made regarding reversibility and long-term management. "First of all, yes, your condition is completely reversible because the liver has an excellent capacity to heal itself. However, in your case, relying solely on homeopathic treatment is not enough. In your report, the liver stiffness is 9.9 kPa and the fatty liver score is 374 UAP, which is significantly high. If liver fibrosis is not treated accurately at the right time, it can progress to liver cirrhosis in the future, which is a serious and irreversible condition. However, in this case, homeopathy will be beneficial primarily as a supportive therapy.    Without affecting the main treatment of your liver, it cures your severe stomach problems like gas, bloating, constipation, acidity, and intestinal inflammation, thereby reducing the chemical load on the liver and fasting its recovery." Contact me on practo for consultation.
