Liver functuon test
My ALT/SGPT 118 My ALT/SGOT 53 These are are too high I have not tasted alcohol in my life How these number can get normal Please help

Liver can not only be affected by Alcohol. Many different factors contributes over poor liver function. Yes your SGOT and SGPT level can be brought back to normal. Which will not only require proper medication, but also a complete life style modification, that is proper diet, exercise, and routine will have to be followed.

I would suggest to rule out hepatitis infection...  U can check those  test  in  Lab. If u infected with  hepatitis infection  also there may be  chance of  liver value elevation..
