Little chest pain

Asked for Male, 20 Years

In morning, When I try to expand my chest i feel a little bit pain from the right and bottom of my chest near centre line of my body. Also some time i listen some kind of sound from the upper part of my neck when I move my neck backword but no such pain. Is any of the above mentioned problem serious? And what should I do for them? Please help.
