Listhesis of L4 over L5
Hi Doctor, I am Priya from Chennai. My mother-in-law is suffering from severe back pain and it was observed that she has degenerated listhesis of L4 over L5 with canal stenosis. It was adviced by ortho specialist to do a surgery. Is there any way that we can cure this problem in Ayurveda without surgery? Please help me.

Ya, we have palliative treatment in ayurveda, we do kati basti followed by matra basti for a period of 9-15 days, depending upon condition.

She can get relief from pain. It is suggested to take lumbaton soft gel cap 2 cap 3 times before food with warm milk. + Tab rasarajeshwar ras 1 tab .
Navarakizhi and katibasti will help her more. Minimum 3 settings of 10 days will help her to get 80% relief.
