Greetings from Ivory dental clinic. Need to know few more details to know the cause. Does your tooth on left side hurt or do you have a cavity on left side? Is the swelling associated with pain. If yes the duration and type of pain. Importantly is there numbness in your lips and on tongue?
Health Tips
If tooth infection is not the cause need to treat immediately

This might can be Bell's palsy. Consult to either an "Oral Medicine & Radiologist" or an "Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon". Otherwise you can consult to any general dentist for this. Rest depends on clinical examination.
