Hi. Greetings. Lipomas even if many or all over the body are not harmful. If painful, it's sometimes referred to as dercums disease. Pain may be due to secondary changes in Lipoma or due to unimproved unnoticed blunt minor injury. You can meet a surgeon or dermatosurgeon for surgical removal of those ones which are problematic to you or are very large. Other option is to visit a qualified dermatologist or dermatosurgeon for lipolytic solution injection to dissolve Lipomas.
