Even in ayurveda, lipoma is a surgical condition. But lipoma usually indicates improper fat metabolism which has to be corrected. Lipoma means the body is storing up fat as hard masses in an improper way. U may be able to see the ones under the skin. Wat abt the ones which gets stored inside the body. So a detailed assessment of ur condition along with rectification of fat metabolism is important.. being in ideal weight and ideal fat % is necessary.

Hi there...lipoma isn't cancer and usually is harmless. Treatment generally isn't necessary, but if the lipoma bothers you, is painful or is growing, you may want to have it removed.... Most lipomas are removed surgically by cutting them out...Recurrences after removal are uncommon. Possible side effects are scarring and bruising.A technique known as minimal excision extraction may result in less scarring...Steroid injections can be used...This treatment shrinks the lipoma but usually doesn't eliminate it. The use of injections before surgical removal is being studied...Liposuction is advanced method of treatment...This treatment uses a needle and a large syringe to remove the fatty lump...consult surgeon he will do the needful
