Greetings - multiple lipomatosis - is usually a harmless condition and you cna leave the swellings if they are not bothering you in any way. However, if u wish to get them removed - surgical option does exist. Also there's something called lipolytic treatment where an injection is injected into the lesions and the fat dissolves over time. hope this helps. see a qualified dermatologist near you . further questions may be sent on follow up messaging.
