Light headed diziness and some time numb
Hi Doctor, I am seeing getting dizziness quickly feeling tired. I was feeling hungry and some time I was feeling numbness. For example if I drive car my foot and leg fingers numbness was present. Check 2m back on diabeties it is normal. Another symptom is when I give pressure to my body for example I was carrying my 3 yr boy my hand will start to feel numbness.. kindly advice. Regards Arul

Pl see neurosurgeon and orthopaedic surgeon immediately to get full check up to find compression points in CNS or PNS.
Next Steps
Take Erand Sneh 30 ml every night with warm milk without fail. Take Triphala powder 5 gm or tab 2 b.i.d. with warm water every day.  Take Brihat vat chintamani Ras 1 tab b.i.d. with honey and drink milk. Take for 7 days and report.
Health Tips
bath with warm water. light massage Mahanarayan tel at neck, back, lower back and limbs. preferably mix Mahanarayan oil in Til tel and warm it and massage. Keep overnight or at least 2 hrs. If daily massage not possible pl do max times in a week.
