Ligament tear
I had an accident 1yr ago and doc told it was ligament pblm and it could be cured gradually without operaton but still I'm facing the pblm. I could not run like before. I want it to be cured perfectly

Hi, kindly provide more details as to which is the joint in question and what was the ligament which was injured.
