Ligament problem in left knee
My acl and pcl both are tear and lcl also according to my Six year before MRI, now I am facing problems to running and climbing to stairs and picks up the weight etc. now what i to do for this???????/

An ACL and pcl injury requires arthroscopic surgery and ACL reconstruction. Avoiding this for long time might cause early onset of osteoarthritis of knee.
