Did long jump. Had pain only the next day .went to the doctor after 3 days. He said it is a ligament injury and prescribed zinetac before food and zonodol after food and said will get ower in 5 days but 3 days r over but pain is still there pain occurs more when I'm standing

Hello there..... Rest from painful exercise or a movement is essential in the early injury stage..... apply a compressive bandage or elastic support to the injury, it will help to control swelling.... Apply ice for 20 minutes each two to three hours for the first few days..... Elevation of an injury in the first few days is very helpful.....
