Ligament flexibility
Hello, when we talk about flexibility of a joint, does it mean flexible ligaments or flexible muscles? Is it possible or advisable to increase the length of ligament to achieve more flexibility?

A muscle a ligaments a tendon are all linked together n make full chain...so flexibility is overall..selective flexibility can be incresed by deep friction massage, myofascial releade n kneedling...contact me for free consultation

Flexible joint means overall flexibility of all structures that a joint comprises, one can not simply increase length of any single structure surrounding a joint at once... Stretching a muscles surrounding a particular joint will increase mobility and flexibility at that joint...
