Hi Lichen planus is an autoimmune skin disorder where the skin is affected by your own immunity. The condition is usually self healing in about 2 years, however it tends to leave a hyperpigmentation. It is important to avoid stress, excessive junk food intake and smoking. Other diet is unlikely to affect lichen planus. Since the condition is internal, home remedies are not of any benefit.
