So I treated my head for lice if there is no sign of lice is it ok to go somewhere the next day

HI,
treatment of the lice is not a single session. I hope you had used a shampoo for the lice control. there are oral medications also for the lice . the nits might persist even after single application of the shampoo and the shampoo wash should be repeated every week till all the nits gets cleared completely. you can go outside but make sure you continue your treatment till all the nits are cleared.
