Hello doctor, my hair is full of lice though I brush frequently, I couldn't get rid of those Pls suggest solution for this

Pediculosis Capitis ( Head lice ) Apply Perlice 1% over the scalp and rinse after 20 minutes wash once weekly with Perlice 1% for 4 weeks . Tab Ivermectol 12 mg once weekly for 2 weeks.
