Hi as she is sufferin from a progressive disease already it must have been difficult to maintain her oral health..need to review the case clinicaly that hown many and upto what extent teeth are effected ..teeth not involving dental nerve tissue can be treated with fillings ...and teeth requiring local anesthesia wil be treated witb alternate anesthetic techniques..best advise can only be given after riveiwing clinicaly best of luck take care
