Hi thanks for your query.Taking lot of foods like milk,eggs do not mean quick healthy & fit person .your meals,food habits must be well planned as per your requirement of your present health. Take high calorie diet with 45% crabs,per kg body wt.protien & 30ml/gm visible fat like cooking oil. Take plenty of fruits & vegetables greens,curd,few animal protein like 300ml milk,1 egg,weekly, few times chicken but fish or pulses ,sprouts, fibres are very imp.
