Less weight
Actually my height is 182cm and weight is 85kg Initially. But recently I was checked my blood sugar levels showing increasing pattern. To balance that I reduced my food quantity and now my weight is 77kg. But I am looking lean with respect to my height. Please suggest the way that my weight should be 85 with out affecting.

Hello Sir, Being a Nutritionist and a Diabetes Educator I would like to clear few things- Irratic Sugar levels could be due to multiple reasons.You need to brin them in control. Yes weight loss is important but more than that managing your sugar level is important. Also eating right is the correct approach to managing weight. Lastly,Its good you have lost weight but more than weight loss fat loss is important in your case.
