Greetings! Thanks for the query. Less facial and beard hair can be due to hormonal problem and in the first instance I would recommend you to see an Endocrinologist. Not everyone who has low body hair has hormonal problem. Everything in our body is determined by genetic programming. Some individuals/ families tend to have less body hair than others despite normal hormone levels and this is not an abnormality/ defect.
