As a 23 year old young male you should start medical treatment at the earliest. After assessing the extent of your hair thinning and ruling out possible causes medical management will be initiated. For androgenetic alopecia or male pattern baldness minoxidil lotion application and oral  finasteride are good time tested options. Along with this microneedling, mesotherapy and platelet rich plasma therapy will certainly aid in improving hair regrowth. Follow a healthy lifestyle including a balanced diet, and avoid smoking.
