Nicotine patches are not 100% successful. First understand your problem. Addiction need time and patience. There is no instant solution or medication. So you need to visit a mental health professional who can guide you about what to do to get away from it and also will help you understand why u r dependent on the substance. Incase nicotine addiction, more than medications psychotherapy will work better. Anyways there are no medication available to cure addiction for ever.
