This means child have anaemia, most common cause of anaemia in childhood is iron deficiency anaemia, but it may also be caused by vit B12 or Folic acid deficiency, there are other causes of anaemia in childhood, so kindly get her blood investigation-CBC with peripheral smear for type of anaemia done, which will guide further investigation/treatment accordingly,
