Lesion near third molar
I have developed a white lesion near my third molar since last 30 days. Applying kenacort gel & gurgling with hexidine mouthwash since last 15 days. It has no pain or bleeding. I am a non smoker. Since inception it has reduced slightly as I can visualise but it doesnt completly go away. Can you advise what it is & how much time it will take to heal. Both previous(one with black circle mark) & present image attached

Looks like its a pericoronitis Happens when wisdom tooth has no or less space Will time to heal U can apply dologel CT or clinora gel over the affected area If it swells and pains severely then better get it extracted.
Next Steps
visit ur dentist for further evaluation.

The solution remains the same for the same query. This is keratosis caused by chronic trauma. And I will reiterate my suggestion to stop applying kenacort gel because it is a synthetic steroid and should be used under specific indications only. Regards.
