Legs pain.
I often have pain in my legs I have taken painkiller tablets but I didn't got any relief from that so what should I do I feel it might be a symptom of diabetes

It might not be, please mention you status of HbA1c/Rbs , Hb , CBC It can also be due to weekness due to anemia electrolyte, vitamin deficiency

stay hydrated ,try take electrolytes(ORS) multivitamin ,painkillers (sos) for 1 week ...if no chance consult physician for further workup
