If the pain is sudden, it has to be due to some trauma or a muscle spasm. Usually involving the back, it's a muscle catch which subsides eventually. The signs that need to be worried about are any neurological symptoms such as radiating pain into the lower limbs or numbness in the legs. A simple pain killer should help with the pain. If the pain is persistent and is getting worse, get a physical consultation

Multiple issues and back pain means degenerative disease and bad posture. Need to improve on that and rest.
