Leg ulcer treatment
My mother is a diabetic patient for last 6 yrs now she was having severe pain in her calves. But she os suffering from leg ulcer from last one year and it appears so horrible she is having pain all time no medicine works for long. Her dressing get wet very fast n her skin is literally decomposing. Wounds are getting worse

Looks like she has ischaemic ulcers due to peripheral vascular disease. Her Arterial Doppler should be done for both lower limbs. Also sugar control is a must for ulcers to heal
