Sir,I have leg swell and pain I have done blood and uric acid test.my uric acid is 10.5 mg/dl MCV 106.9 fl MCV 4.42 mchc 36 Eosinophils 9 % I take medicine furic 40 mg and do ice massage on left leg. Please suggest me what action and precautions I have to take.

Good morning. The symptoms and investigations suggest that you have an acute attack of Gout. The treatment involves giving anti inflammatory drugs initially followed by Utica acid lowering medications. Sometimes the condition worsens if furic 40 is used in acute attack .
