You must be having weak bones from chilhood or your foot arches may not have been developed as your age increases the weight bearing capacity of your knee joint decreases if you do not do regular exercises and follow a healthy diet.
suggest a complete check up.and follow a healthy exercise regime
check for calcium deficiency or do a bone density test. if both values are fine then it may be because of weakness only
