Leg pain from September 2016
I getting pain in my left leg. pain start from buttocks to bottom of the leg through behind the knee. When i stand and start walk that time start the several pain. pain Continuous 10 to 15 minutes then i filling normal and i can do any of the hard work. sleeping and sitting time nothing anything else. I had MRI report done last month. as per MRI report '' There are minor disc bulges at the L4/5 and L5/S1 levels but no nerve root impingement, there is no evidence of a significant disc protrusion. please give the advise thanks.

This could be because of Gluteus Medius trigger point

Do ice application for 10 minutes ,3 -4 time a day. Do gentle and sustained stretching exercises
