Leg pain from back part of waist

Right leg paining from back part of the waist since 2 days. pain is coming suddenly and again it decreases gradually. What are the steps to follow to decrease the pain. Kindly guide

Take daily calcium tablet and tab.pcm 500mg when ur having pain ur age is 60+ so better avoid strong medication
