If your pain started gradually becoming more then it may have muscular tightness. Try to do some stretching exercise for hamstring, piriformis, and calf. For posture assessment and detail treatment plan consult a physio. Thanks.

There are many reasons for leg pain. With only so much info, its difficult to assign a line of treatment for you. Please see an orthopedist or a physiotherapist. They will be able to help you with a treatment.

You definitely need to consult a physiotherapist or an orthopedician, get yourself diagnosed first and accordingly move ahead with the treatment
